Terms of Service

Last updated 14 June 2026

These terms govern your use of Turnzo, a product of AK Labs, Bengaluru, India. By using Turnzo you agree to them.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Turnzo (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you’re using Turnzo on behalf of a business, you confirm you’re authorised to bind that business.

2. The Service

Turnzo is a front-desk and queue-management platform for businesses — it handles queues, tokens, resources, notifications and (where enabled) payment requests. It is software-as-a-service provided “as is” and improved over time.

3. Your responsibilities as a business

  • Use the Service lawfully and only for legitimate front-desk operations.
  • You are the data controller for your customers’ information; you must have a lawful basis to collect it.
  • Send only notifications customers expect, and honour their requests to stop messaging or delete their data.
  • Keep your login secure and your account and outlet details accurate.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including:

  • Sending spam, unlawful, or deceptive messages.
  • Uploading content you have no right to, or that is unlawful.
  • Attempting to break, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
  • Using another business’s data, or using the Service to harm others.

5. Plans, billing & renewals

  • Paid plans are priced per outlet and billed in advance via UPI Autopay (or another supported method).
  • Subscriptions auto-renew each cycle until cancelled; you can cancel before the next renewal.
  • WhatsApp message overage is charged at the rate shown on the pricing page.
  • Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law; contact us for billing issues.

Current prices are on our pricing page and may change with notice.

6. Turnzo’s role as processor

For customer data you collect through the Service, Turnzo acts as your processor and handles that data on your instructions, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Service availability

We aim for reliable, reasonable-effort uptime but the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance and update features.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Turnzo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for a business’s own misuse of the Service or mishandling of its customers’ data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the three months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using and cancel the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or unlawful use. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; data handling follows our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.

11. Changes & contact

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. Questions? Reach us at hello@turnzo.app.
